Seascape Hotel
Identifying a prime location in Ramsar, Mazandaran, Iran, our Seascape Hotel
project integrates leisure, cultural, and accommodation services. Tailored for
both local and international guests, this avant-garde venture enhances the
city's hospitality infrastructure, elevating Ramsar's status as a premier tourist
destination
Design Process
In optimizing a 14,400 sqm plot, we designated 27,280 sqm for the hotel, employing extrusion and a halving technique for
architectural diversity. Enhancements include improved air circulation for ease of access, achieved by rotation for a 360-degree view,
better lighting, and shading. This design approach combines functionality with aesthetics, ensuring a superior guest experience
Entrance
To craft an exceptional entry experience, our design features a
prominent void extending to the ceiling, showcasing a gracefully
positioned Sarvanaz tree. This culturally symbolic element embodies
greatness, majesty, and verdant beauty. The void's structural integrity is
upheld by sophisticated space-frame structures, seamlessly integrating
cultural significance with architectural innovation
